Multiple crashes on Veterans Parkway in Cape Coral resulted in one arrest and another in the hospital Saturday night. Twenty-six-year-old Michael Austin Lowry of Cape Coral was charged with reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury to a person. Lowry was driving westbound on Veterans Parkway when his car was hit. That other car didn’t stop so Lowry followed the car to get them to stop.
