As the threat of Hurricane Matthew starts to fade, a new fear arises as groups watch what will happen with Lake Okeechobee water levels. The levels could force the Army Corps of Engineers to send more brown fresh water down the Caloosahatchee River spilling into the Gulf of Mexico.
